Return Policy:
All requests for returns must be made within 90 days of the purchase date. They must be accompanied with an invoice and reason for the return. For faster service, please
provide an explanation for the reason of the return. We reserve the
right to refuse warranty if the product(s) shows signs of tampering,
misuse, or abuse. Store credit will be issued for all eligible returns.
-Factory Warranty only on all radio Equipment (when offered)
-Hardware & Kits must be returned with packaging and instructions
-Include Name, Address, Phone #, and Customer ID Number.

-Failure to return all packaging hardware and instructions may result in a 15% restocking fee.
-Returning Equipment Damaged, Altered, or Defaced (labeled, written on, marked on, drilled), etc may also result in a restocking fee or repair service only (If returned for credit)
